Hi, I’m Heidi Phillips, an Executive Office Administrator in the Center for Career & Professional Development at the University of South Florida. A proud alumna of the university. I have a background in teaching and executive assisting. I specialize in relationship building within the team and streamlining operations, supporting senior leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency. Recently, I’ve been pursuing my master’s degree in Career and Technical Education, which has helped me to understand the importance educating and training youth and adults for careers in a rapidly evolving workforce. I'm passionate about preparing today's learners for tomorrow's workforce. I’m always looking to connect, share and grow with others who are interested in workforce development and career readiness for students in higher education.
